You also have the option of pressing 1 to leave a voicemail at any time during your call. We encourage you to leave a voicemail to hold your place in the queue.
As calls come in during high traffic periods, the system queues all calls and voicemail in the order that they were received. Your voicemail will be assigned to an agent, in the order it came in, just as a call is.
By hanging up and calling back, you are unfortunately considered a new call in the queue, and lose the place you had in line.
