Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – UK Wide

Reporting to the European Branch Manager, the RSM is responsible for coordinating corporate objectives and programs in his/her assigned region by establishing comprehensive marketing plans for attainment of corporate goals and objectives. The RSM ensures regional revenue production and division objectives are met.


Within the scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish assigned goals, the RSM has the following responsibilities:

  • Sell POS products to end users in assigned region.
  • Introduce and implement POS product launches, marketing, and financial programs.
  • Provide sound and practical business and sales management advice to end users.
  • Create and conduct sales and product skills training and sales meetings to inform others of new developments in products, technology, Point of Sale industry, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit required weekly/monthly activity reports and pipeline forecasts.
  • Plan travel to minimize expenses.
  • Manage regional business to forecasted and planned budget levels with emphasis on revenues, productivity levels, and unit placements;

Key accountabilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth across their assigned territory

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Point of Sale industry (ECR products or Hospitality Industry POS experience preferred); dealer and/or distributor sales channel experience is mandatory.
  • Proven sales and sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel with no restrictions are mandatory to fulfill the duties of this role.
  • Travel is required for this position and should average 60-70% each month.

Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset for this position.
